Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to all services provided by Aegan Property Management Inc. in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

1. Services

We provide residential services including plumbing, heating, HVAC, electrical, handyman services, inspections, and renovations.

2. Emergency Services

We offer 24/7 emergency services. Additional charges may apply for urgent or after-hours service.

3. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are based on initial details or inspection
  • Final pricing may vary based on the actual scope of work completed
  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes

4. Payments

  • We accept cash, e-transfer, and credit card payments
  • A processing fee applies to credit card transactions
  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

5. Appointments

Customers must provide safe and timely access to the property. Missed or delayed access may require rescheduling and charges may apply.

6. Cancellations

  • A Minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Same-day cancellations may be subject to a service fee.
  • If access to the property is unavailable at the scheduled appointment time, a service call fee may apply.
  • Deposits for special-order materials are non-refundable.
  • Aegan Property Management Inc. reserves the right to reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

7. Permits & Compliance

Work requiring permits will be completed according to applicable regulations and inspections.

8. Liability

We are not liable for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or indirect damages.
